Cancellation policy
Because of the size of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. If we are able to rebook your reservation you will be refunded in full and there will be no cancellation charge.
WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE
For occasions where rebooking is not possible, the following charges will apply:
10% charge for cancellations within 1 month of booking
50% charge for cancellations within 14 days of booking
100% charge (the full booking) for cancellations within 7 days of booking
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax. Adult prices apply to all customers 13 years and over. Child prices apply to children aged 5 to 12 years old. There is no charge for children under 5 years old.
General Terms
To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Puketi hold no liability for damage to you or your property or for any expenses, including medical and transport expenses arising from a personal accident, injury, illness, or hospitalisation. To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Puketi hold no liability for disruption to your travel plans. We recommend customers hold a comprehensive travel insurance policy in case of any unexpected changes in their travel plans that may incur a cancellation fee. Adventure Puketi reserve the right to make changes to the tours in the interest of safety, or unforeseen circumstances due to causes such as weather, illness or misadventure. Adventure Puketi will not be held liable for costs incurred by change, delay or the missing of connecting services. For the comfort of all customers, we do not allow smoking or vaping on our tours. Adventure Puketi reserves the right to exclude a person from a tour at any time, if in the opinion of the guide or operator, that person may be likely to risk the health, safety or comfort (including unsociable behaviour) of other clients, him or herself or the environment. In such circumstances, Adventure Puketi will not be obliged to offer any refund or transfer ticket.
